Blending of Additives for Dampening Water - Offset Printing
To keep unprinted areas free of printing ink, carefully prepared dampening water is prepared to evenly wet these free areas and to emulsify with the priniting ink in image areas, which is a prerequisite for excellent print quality.

Remineralization of Dampening Water
For corrosion prevention at impression cylinders, and constantly good print results, normal tap water is first purified, and thereafter remineralized, and blended with corrosion inhibitors.

Silicone Emulsions
Silicone emulsions are used for wear protection additives, while folding, and to prevent smearing of the inks.
We offer systems for silicone
emulsions, for excellent printing. Specially pumps are available for high
viscosity media.
Nebulization, and Humidification
Paper processing affords an adjusted environment. Paper reacts strong to changes of humidity. Low values increase tearing, high humidity leads to wave throwing, therefore humidifiers are used in paper storage, and processing. Our dosage systems are easily integrated in humidification systems, for acid blending, to prevent precipitate formation, or desinfection by biocide application. The last point is especially important, because microorganisms pose a high risk for human health in humidification systems (humidifier lung, legionaires' disease).
