The NRD series is a compact, direct-driven high-performance pump with a brushless motor. They are very compact, lightweight and quiet magnetic drive pumps designed to eliminate the possibility of leakage. Compact, lightweight & seal-less construction
The canned motors are characterized by their low weight and compact dimensions. Therefore, they require considerably less space than conventional magnetically driven centrifugal pumps, while maintaining a leak-free, seal-less design. (US patent 6, 604, 917)
Multiple connection types
There are several types of connection available: Hose connection, NPT or R threaded connection. Choose the type of connection that best suits your installation and imagination.
Principle of operation
With these canned motor pumps, the impeller and impeller capsule unit is directly driven. The pump chamber is completely encapsulated by the housing. No shaft seal is required for the impeller driven by a rotating magnetic field. In addition, these pumps have a simpler and more compact design than pumps with external drive magnets.
Flow adjustment and integrated drive technology
With the external input signal (DC 1-5V) on the integrated circuit, the flow rate can be controlled.
Long life cycle
Due to the drive with brushless DC motors, considerably longer service lives are achieved than with AC motors.
High temperature range
The pump can be installed in an ambient temperature of up to 50°C (08Z: 40°C) and handle media up to 80°C (08Z: 50°C).
Standard mark of conformity
The NRD series, with its brushless DC motor and classified safety voltage of < 50V, enables simplified approval according to international standards such as UL, CSA, CE and GS. There is no need to observe the regional voltage and frequency, thus enabling universal use.

With features such as the seal-less design, these pumps meet the customer's requirements exactly. Integrated control circuit
Thanks to the integrated control circuit, each pump can be started easily and directly via the power supply.

Adjustable delivery rate
The delivery rate is very easy to adjust by changing the voltage.
High temperature resistance
With the series RD media up to a temperature of 80° C are possible.
Standardized models
In contrast to alternating current devices, which require different voltages and frequencies depending on the country, direct current generators can be operated with the same voltage worldwide.
Standard mark of conformity
The RD series has been classified with a safety voltage of max. 50 V. This simplifies the approval according to international standards such as UL, CSA, CE & GS.
