Smart Digital dosing set, consisting of dosing pump and installation set. SMART Digital DDE is a compact diaphragm metering pump with speed-controlled stepper motor drive and intelligent control electronics. Thanks to the stepper motor, SMART Digital dosing pumps always work with the full stroke length for optimum dosing accuracy. The stepper motor drive enables low-pulsation and continuous dosing, even at low dosing volume flows. The flexible mounting plate allows wall and floor mounting without additional mounting accessories. The adjustment of the pressure stroke speed (analogue dosing quantity) or ml/pulse is done via a rotary wheel on the front from 0.01 % to 100 % of the max. output of the dosing pump.
