The DLX pump series is a proven PTFE diaphragm solenoid metering pump with a wide range of control options. Since its introduction to the market, the DLX pump series has proven its reliability and quality. It is the ideal solution for many chemical dosing applications where moderate flow at back pressures up to 20 bar (290 PSI) is required.

For quick installation and commissioning, an injection/counter pressure valve assembly and a foot valve/sieve assembly, including pressure, suction and venting hose, are included as standard accessories on all models.
Safe and easy bleeding and maintenance of the valve, a bleed valve assembly including return hose is included as a standard accessory (only for models with manual bleed head) The protection of the control panel is ensured by an adhesive polyester film, which is weatherproof and UV-resistant.
Optional: level sensor for dry-running protection.
Functions - DLX MA/AD
The dosing pumps DLX-DLXB MA/AD use a PTFE diaphragm, which is solenoid driven. When the solenoid is activated, a pressure is generated in the pump head, which ejects the liquid in the pump chamber via the outlet valve. After each pump stroke, a spring pushes the piston back to its original position and draws in fresh liquid via the suction line. Operation is simple, the pump requires no lubrication, and is therefore virtually maintenance-free. DLX-DLXB MA/AD dosing pumps are analogue dosing pumps with manual flow adjustment from 0÷100% and 0÷20% by means of a second spread control scale.100% corresponds to the maximum stroke frequency, i.e. 120 strokes/min. The high stroke rate enables a very high and reproducible dosing accuracy. For setting small flow rates, the scale can be expanded to 0-20% = 0-24 strokes/min (turn down). This allows the stroke rate to be set more accurately between 0 and 20%.
